MADE-TO-ORDER: Many of the items on our site are made-to-order meaning, we actually cut and sew your piece when you place your order. Because of this, it ususally takes about 2-4 weeks to ship. We do however carry a small amount of inventory so if you'd like to know if something is in-stoc, please email us at email@example.com or call 949-249-9839.
All returns are accepted, on an Exchange Only basis or you may get a store credit to use at a later time. In special circumstances we may accept your return for a refund however, there maybe a 25% re-stocking fee. Please call prior to placing an order if you have any questions.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all exchanges (Domestic orders only/one time only). What this means is: say you get your dress and it's the wrong size, send it back to us and we will ship out the new item for FREE! (This is available for exchanges only and not if you chose to receive a store credit.)
All returns, must be shipped back with an RMA # within 10 days of your package arrival date unless other arrangements have been made.
We understand that making a purchase on-line without being able to touch or feel the garment may be frustrating for some. This is why we allow you to make as many exchanges as you'd like! However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges back and forth. This can get costly so if you have any questions or need help, we encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get help in determining your correct size or style.
All exchanges must have the RMA # written on the outside of your package otherwise, it will be refused and returned to sender. We recommend sending all returns with confirmation delivery or tracking options. We can not be responsible for any package that may get lost or stolen.
If you are returning a flawed or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement item and call tag immediately.
Returns must be sent back with the original receipt (or a copy) that came in your package. It must be in the original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped, right side out, no deodorant marks and no odors from perfume or lotion. Items not returned as stated above will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This is at our discretion so please, make sure you return the item as we originally sent it to you.
Sale items do not qualify for free shipping or free exchange shipping. Some items may be final sale and will be indicated as such. PLease contact us with any questions PRIOR to placing your order. All sample sales are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please do not return any stickers or free gifts if you are making an exchange. These items are our gift to you so please keep them.
